8:00 - 10:00AM Meditation / Restorative-Hatha Yoga or more active Vinyasa-Ashtanga Yoga (based on guests' needs)

10:00AM Breakfast including homemade granola, fruit, toast, yogi tea or coffee. Pancakes on Sundays!

10:30AM - 2:00 PM Free time - Reading, Journaling, Biking, Walks, Hiking, Massage, Lakes...

2:00PM Mid-Day Meal. Additional charge if you want lunch prepared for an outing.

2:30 - 5:00PM More time for self study, booking a massage or getting into the great outdoors. Ask about lake tours and canoe/kayak rentals.

5:30 - 7:00 PM Kundalini Yoga & Meditation*

7:00 PM Vegetarian Dinner & Dessert

8:00 - 10:30 PM Sauna & Jacuzzi or just relax!**

*Live guitar music and chanting in the afternoon class
