Despite what countless advertising campaigns will lead you to believe, there aren’t many things where one size fits all…

The same can be said of yoga, and exercise in general. A routine that has been highly optimized for one individual may not work as successfully for another person.

 

That’s not to say you need to find a routine optimized just for you. But you need to remember that everyone has a different body and you should be open to trying new things until you find what works for you! Yoga is much like anything else, where you need to experiment, try different things and make mistakes in order to learn what is optimal for you.

 Which is why we have designed our schedule to be flexible

Breakfast including homemade granola, oatmeal, fruit, nut butters, homemade bread, yogi tea and coffee. Eggs or pancakes offered most weekends.

 

10:30AM - 2:00 PM

Free time - Reading, journaling, biking, walking, hiking, massage, lake activities.

                                                           

2:00PM

Mid-day meal. Additional charge if you would like lunch prepared for an outing.

                                                           

2:30 - 5:00PM

More time for self study, booking a massage or getting into the great outdoors. Ask about lake tours and canoe/kayak rentals.

 

5:30 - 7:00PM
